1000w EDECOA TSW inverter:




My choice of home inverter is a EDECOA 12PI1000NL Pure Sine Power Inverter. It produces a clean sine wave
output and can do 1,000 watts continuously with a 2,000 watt surge capacity. The package I got came with a
remote control also, which is useful if you have it installed in a camper or something where the inverter
is running a closed mini power grid and you need to be able to turn it on and off remotely.

I've tested it with all my equipment and nothing seems to notice when running on the inverter. It does produce
some noise on 40 and 80 meters though, which was brought under control using a common-mode filter on the DC
power wires.
