slabs
slabs:
I've only bought a few graded ("slabbed") coins, and haven't gotten any graded myself, so this is all I have.
Ideally I like to be able to hold them, but the pure silver ones will immediately start to tarnish, so they
either need to be in a capsule or a slab to protect them from degrading.
Circulation-grade alloy coins take decades to tarnish, but a 9999 silver coin will start to show signs of
tarnishing within just a few months.
