The batteries in the "power unit" are AAAA with "snap-in pins" on the end, probably needed to keep the batteries
in good contact while experiencing the strong vibrations of the razor.

Each cell measures 10.4mm wide by 43.8mm (cell body only), 48mm (total with pins) long.

14-14.5mm wide cells are the wrong ones, those would be "AA-size", don't get them. I've seen quite a few listings
on eBay for "Braun series 3 batteries" that are 14mm wide.
