Transfer Case Removal-Manual Transaxle





1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the driveshaft.





3. Remove the 4 bolts and the crossmember brace.
4. Remove the 2 transfer case-to-transaxle bolts.
5. Remove the 2 transfer case-to-transaxle nuts.
6. Remove the transfer case.
