This UT2004 port by me is a un-authorized..I did manage to find a email address for the original author and send a request email...then due to a misunderstanding with my ISP (they disconnected me for 5 weeks) i never got to see the reply as my mailbox was deleted :(. You MAY NOT adjust, tweak, this map or i'll not be a happy bunny. You CAN use the tweaked CameratextureClient as long as i get a credit for it somewhere.
