iMac G5 isight:


The short-lived iMac G5 with iSight camera had a motherboard with an 80% failure rate on the burn-in test
during manufacture, due to GPU problems. It was not uncommon to order a replacement motherboard only to find
the replacement was also bad. Or the replacement after that. Many customers were just given new computers
or discounts on the purchase of a new machine if it was getting older.
