took vehicle in for estimate to repair recent accident damage

11/27/13:
est ~$1,223 to repair the hood and repair the brush guard
(there was a good chance of totalling it if any parts were going to be replaced)
They will require about four days to work on it.
they will be closed the week of christmas, Dec 23-27
call them to schedule a repair, they will contact State Farm at that point.

So it's waiting on me to find a time I want to be without a vehicle for a week.
