2026.03.08 Escape solar panel wire:


After several years on the Escape, the solar panel wire in through the door has cracked and will need to be
replaced before things get exciting. It's just #16 clear speaker wire, probably PVC jacket. I've thought
about other ways to bring in the wire, (such as through an NMO connector) but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
