I found your offer to email another member the assembly manual for a KG-650.  (http://antiqueradios.forum5.info/t271-need-help-with-test-of-kg-650)

I recently picked up one at a hamfest to use to fix a radio but the E band does not work (27-112 mhz)  I found the schematic but can't find a manual to download.

Could you forward me a copy of that?  I suspect there are a few assembly mistakes, specifically L6-A and L6-B but the schematic isn't specific enough.
