There's not a lot available for fox-hunting apps. SigTrax is available for iOS and Android. It allows you
to view satellite and/or road maps with your location centered. The map can keep your heading up or North up,
and indicates the heading of the phone. You can add bearings, which are then overlaid on the map.

I don't see a way to store signal strengths on the bearings though.
