N0ZYC DDF-1+:


The Ramsey DDF-1 has long since been out of production but it's an outstanding device for hunting foxes, jammers,
and malfunctioning radios. It's based on the "Roanoke Doppler" as published in the transmitter hunting bible,
with all the suggested upgrades. I've taken their base design and added some upgrades of my own, including
replacing that silly 1.8mm audio jack with a 3.5mm, replacing the DB-9 antenna connector with an 8 pin mic jack,
adding an a speaker volume control, antenna grounding protection, and a micro-controlled external color compass.
