I think this is a Cushcraft R5. It looks similar to an R7, but with the top two traps and loops removed.
The R5 should cover 10, 12, 15, 17, and 20 meter bands. (the R7 adds 30 and 40 meters)
I had to fabricate a new top hat as I either lost or never received the radials for the "x-hat". I did have
the collars and braces though so I just cut some 3/16 tubing to length. The feed box is damaged but works.
I got a decent SWR on the claimed bands, as well as below 2.5 on 6 meters, which was a pleasant surprise.
