This one is good for about 16 watts, has a USB jack, and a pigtail with a barrel to access the panel output.
Panel Vmpp is about 18 volts. The plastic is pretty stiff, but it's also pretty durable.

But considering you can get a much better 60w solar wallet for twice the price, I don't think this is worth it,
unless you like something slightly more portable like this is.
