I've got a large plastic shelving unit in my front entryway where I store most of my solar power grid gear.
This includes a wide variety of things such as controllers and wire, as well as other 12vdc-related accessories
such as lighting and heat. These are kept in medium and small plastic totes, plastic and cardboard boxes, and
a few items just stacked up bare on the shelf.

I use these totes to make it easy to transport gear around, and these see-through, labeled totes also make it
easy to find what I'm looking for.
