After having purchased one rigid Dokio panel for testing, I've finally decided to order a full set of 8 rigid
panels intended for mounting on my house. I also purchased two sets of solar brackets which should be enough
to mount eight panels on. I found a good deal on Black Friday and picked up panels and brackets.
Local building code requires a permit, inspection, architectural plans, and other red tape for any solar install
larger than 5 square meters, and these panels (which are the smaller, 3x11 cell arrangement) should come in just
under the limit at just over 4.5 square meters. The only other requirements to stay "unregulated" is that the
solar cannot be used to heat water or for other "supplemental heating", so I guess these will be limited to just
producing electricity for now.
