MC4 crimping tool:




I picked up this inexpensive crimping tool that came with some ends and two mating tools in a plastic box. The
ends turned out to be poor quality, they left a gap when plugged together and the o-ring didn't get pressed into
place so those ends went into the "Solar Rehome" box for someone else to play with. The crimper however works
very well and makes cable assembly a lot quicker Of course you could just solder them but that's harder to do
when you're "on location" and need to replace a bad end.
