For this meter I'm going to try some clear silicon adhesive ("aquarium glue") to waterproof the power display.
I won't be able to do the button, (I'll just cover that with packing tape again I suppose) but I will be able
to seal around the outside of the bezel as well as (if I'm careful) around the display LCD panel.

1 cleaned and prepped	2 silicone applied	3 reasembled and cleaned
