inrush limiters aka soft-start:


I've bought a few soft-start modules and have one installed in my big 50 amp Astron linear power supply, due
to it having this annoying habit of tripping my computer's UPS every time I turned it on. Now instead of a
loud BONG from the case and a light flicker, it just click-click's on. Doesn't interfere with the operation
of the power supply.
