12v clip-on fan:




Pros: good air volume, long power cord, on/off switch, can oscillate, fairly quiet, can clip onto a picnic table

Cons: MUST open the switch box and check to see if you need to solder down the wires before use (my picture below
is after I fixed the solder), makes a little bit of EMI on the 12v line
