Coin capsules are a pretty cheap way to protect your coins from damage and tarnish, while keeping them visible
for display and inspection. It's also easier to clean a capsule than a coin. Instead of trying to find capsules
for a variety of slightly different coin sizes, I just went with the 40.6mm wide capsules (sized for the 1oz silver
American Eagles, where they are a wider and thinner than many other silver coins) The wider capsules fit most
coins and I don't mind them being a little loose. These capsules also have a cutout to get a grip if you need
to open the capsule, you don't need to get out a blade to pry into the seam to open them. They appears to fit
together with a good air-tight seal, making a satisfying "plastic creak" as you press the halves together.
