tower hardware box:


My tower hardware box contains a supply of extra stainless steel hardware, as well as a few extra tools. The
hardware isn't limited to tower sections - sizes go down far enough to service antennas, guy wire clamps,
and antenna element joints. If you don't have spare parts like this handy, eventually your entire crew is
going to have sit around and wait while someone drives off to find a hardware store that carries whatever it
is you forgot, didn't realize you needed, lost, or has damaged threads etc. The box compartments are marked
with both bolt diameters and wrench head sizes.

Some of the extras I carry include a roll of Mastic, tape measure, electrical tape, WD40, multi-tool, pipe-
cutter, a few hose clamps, and a calibrated crescent wrench.

I also have a separate box to support hardline (mostly extra ends) as well as a propane torch, but I don't
usually bring that with me on-site.
