premium bird seed:




I've found that the most effective bird seed is a mix of millet and thistle seed, and nothing else. The birds
love it, and it produces no waste. Things like sunflower seed or peanut in the shell will produce a lot of
waste peanut and sunflower shells.

I'm trying a "premium" seed from Menards, that is almost exclusively millet and thistle, intended for finches
from the looks of it. But it's a lot more expensive than the more generic millet-heavy seed I can buy at places
like Menards, Harbor Freight, Walmart, or Scoop.
