I bought some of these cheap audio recorder toys to harvest the audio record and playback boards out of them.
Listings for these come and go all the time - different brand, maybe different case, same internals.

I bought a 4-pack for $17 and I see they're now selling for $9 or $18 each. Record time is up to 30 sec.

They take two AAA batteries
