Craftsman 2.5gal car vacuum:




My first "shop-vac" was this small craftsman that was more of a "car vacuum" than anything. It's not designed
for liquids, but works well for dry pickup. The capacity is pretty limited, and nowadays I keep it in the
basement, connected to my bandsaw or jigsaw for sawdust collection. (and take it out to the truck when it needs
a cleaning)
