Aprilaire humidifier:




My manual covers many models, but the 500, 500M, 600, and 600M look like mine.

The 500M and 600M are "manual control", whereas the 500 and 600 are digital, so I think mine's a 500 or 600.
The only difference may be the size of the water pad?
No, the remote for the 500 is different too. So mine's an "Aprilaire 500"
