2022.09.27 NIRAA tent at Evansdale carnival:
Evansdale reached out and invited us to put up a tent for their fall "Evansdale Days" carnival this year.
It was a bit short notice, but we were able to throw up a shelter with radio, antenna, banner, etc. for the
event. (Al even got a solar panel up on the shelter)
We were positioned pretty close to the band though, so voice wasn't really an option and we just went with
digital. Guests found the SSTV images coming in to be pretty interesting. The forecast was for scattered
showers throughout the day, which wasn't ideal, but turnout was decent, given the forecast.
