2 arrival and setup:




Others were already beginning to set up by the time I arrived, around 10:15. I got a lot of help unloading
the truck and getting tubs carried up to the shelter, then moved my truck into the parking lot to get it off
the road.

Gradually, radios got unpacked and antennas started getting set up and strung where they needed to be.
One of my first steps was to set up the talk-in radio, although there wasn't any traffic on it all day.

There was some brief discussion about where antennas would be outside the shelter, along with where would be
a good place to set up the solar panels. Inside the shelter, three spots were selected for the main radios,
and I picked an unused corner to set up the central power at.
