bulletin:
There was a bulletin for Winter Field Day, similar to the one done in the summer. It was broadcast on a schedule of
different bands and modes throughout the day. When read off over voice, the announcer sounds a bit slow and
mechanical, but that's just to give the operators a better chance to copy it down, since turning in a copy of the
bulletin earns some additional points for their score.
QST, QST, QST. Calling all radio amateurs, this is K1DNN from Canon City, Colorado.
