Make sure you get:
- laptop
- AC power adapter
- round bluetooth speaker
- tripod with camera and long USB cord

Airport TV prep:
- use remote behind right side of TV
- press "power" button (on remote) to turn on TV
- press "gear" button to display menu on TV
- select Input
- change to "HDMI 1" if using thicker grey HDMI cable
- change to "HDMI 2" if using thinner black HDMI cable

Connect round speaker/mic:
- remove USB adapter from bottom of speaker and insert into laptop
- touch circle icon on speaker to turn it on
- (do something to select speaker for output and input)

Connect TV:
- plug in HDMI cable (wait for green grass background to appear)
- right click on laptop, Display Settings
- change to "duplicate" (from "extend") to show same thing on laptop and TV

Connect Camera:
- extend legs on tripod and set up in front left corner of room, facing desks
- plug USB into laptop

Launch Discord:
- click on the blue icon with white controller inside it down in the tray to launch discord
- select Northeast Iowa Radio Amateur Association server on the left to connect
- select Monthly Club Meeting from list (may have to scroll down)
- click on camera with slash through it to turn on camera if necessary
(need instructions for selecting external camera on tripod)
- click on mic with slash through it to turn on mic if necessary
(need instructions for selecting bluetooth speaker and mic)
