There were XXXXX members (XXXXX ARRL) and XXXXX guests in attendance locally and remotely this evening, listed below. After getting a callback from the airport director, here is the current entry procedure. For the time being regular outside doors will be locked Saturday afternoon. Entry for us is by the SW door by the employee parking lot The entry code for board members only is 13425. First person in should find a “hex key” on the wall of the entry room next to the thermostat. That “key” can lock that door open so door does not need to be staffed. Last person out needs to make sure the door is back locked with the “key”. Main doors should be open for the morning VE testing. Nate: Please add this to the beginning of all the minutes: MAIN AIRPORT DOORS WILL BE LOCKED. USE THE SW ENTRANCE DOOR NEXT TO THE EMPLOYEE LOT. IF MEMBERS HAVE ISSUES WITH ACCESS, PLEASE CONTACT ANY BOARD MEMBER. This door policy may change if the airport gets an additional Saturday flight later this year Tom Bicket AEØTB MINUTES ------- Adjustments to last month's minutes: Grinnell is misspelled (KD0DK) N0TKC MINUTES SAID BOARD WAS GOING TO DISCUSS, DID NOT HAPPEN Report accepted with XXXXX adjustments (N0ZYC/N0TKC) TREASURER'S REPORT ------------------ Dave (KD0DK) reports we have 1090.18 UCHANGED in the savings/repeater fund and 2312.48 + 60 IN DUES +- 135 FOR TESTING FEES AND ARRL ANTIQUE ACRES -275 DWAQYNE HASN'T CASHED 200 YET GRINNELE 239 NOT CASHED YET 2097.48 INCLUDING UNCLEARED CHECKS in checking.
