The board met the afternoon before the meeting at the Colby's for BBQ, but the minutes were not recorded.

The board discussed getting a new webmaster since Tom has retired, and also decided that the board should
begin meeting at least quarterly before the regular club meeting since we have not met as a board in many
months.
