are there limits on how much savings we czn hold?
no limit for us
dave says we don't hvae to report interest if it's over $1000
no bank limit
no bylaw limits

do we want to do anything with what we have in the bank?
- could lower dues
  that doesn't seem to help mmebership
- save for repeater maintenance
- other club purchase (we don't really have a need)
- pizza party once a year or one month club meet at pizza ranch paid
- better go kit

jack albright's estate may provide a lot of low cost hardware for such a kit

what's going to be the main use of the kit/ most frequent use?  whoever is most involved with that should be the one that holds the kit

if we are going to use it for emergency services we need to have the keeper be certified

homeless dstar repeater?  chris owns that, he's probably taking it with him to ames

south side of big woods late has sheltes with livable toilets
shenter on north side is smelly due to toilets.  also power lines
lookout park has better toilets with running water
doubles the cost, requires piermission, contact police about presence
committee has decied on lookout park

we could use a field day coordinator that can resolve disputes like antenna placement
