dave reports the changeover for the bank account access is in progress,
dave kelly, harold lucas, and himself will have access.  dues are coming in.

will need more stamps
pre approved by board to purchase stamps (n0zyc / n0tkc)

tom domain name renewal is up this month
stan inquired on our website traffic
several hundred hits per month

discussed getting a club phone for the web site
users should have email so phone is probably unnecessary

harold suggests board meeting at least once a quarter
jan, apr, july, oct

field day coming up, planning?
mark would like to see us start plannning as early as april
tom suggests we go with iwarm their field day will be at the mill on hwy 14 and hwy 20 NE corner

taryn suggests we sent a rep to their meeting
maybe coin flip for whose call we log under (they are W0IWN)
we can decide what class we run as at the time

last year we suffered due to inadequte promotion

harold askig about video taping our presentations
stan is concerned this may lower meeting attendance if our presentations are available online
nathan thinks recording video on a laptop would work fine

harold discussing who is handling PR communications
tom says our ares rep does comms with ares

harold would like some "female input" as to presentation ideas
taryn ha been drafted to inqure with other women in the club to see what sort of presentations they would stay for

dave suggests sometimes changing the time of the meeting, or doing the program before the meeting, so some people can attend meetings that have to drive a distance in
this would be another advantage to puting the presentations online

tom suggets our (august?) non meeting due to deers shutdown be repurposed to a generam meeting.   bylaws adjustment

tom says we also might want to adjust the quorum requirement to 'members present'
