decoding the patch:




The message is encoded in morse code, braille, and Aurebesh, and appears to say:

RIVER VALLEY DISTRICT
                  2024
    SPRING CAMPOREE

The letter breaks in the morse are hard to identify though, and it actually spells "riveer vally district"

The braille is "(number)2 (number)0 (number)2 (number)4" but "(number)2024" might have looked better?

I really like their including Aurebesh, that's the alphabet used in the Star Wars movies!
