1. Start by clicking the "click to enroll" link above
 2. click the white "Institutionally Owned" button
 3. click the blue "Enroll" button
 4. click the blue Continue" button
 5. click "Allow" to allow the CA to download
 6. click "Close" to close the Profile Downloaded popup

 7. ignore the blue "Continue" button, and open "Settings" on the iPad
 8. in Settings, click on General" on the left
 9. scroll the right side down to the bottom
10. tap on "VPN & Device Management"
11. tap on "CA Certificate"
12. in the Install Profile popup, tap on "Install"
13. in the Warning popup, tap on "Install"
14. in the Install Profile popup, tap on "Install"
15. in the Profile Installed window, tap on "Done"

16. switch back to Safari
17. click the blue "Continue" button
18. in the popup, click Allow
19. in the Profile Downloaded popup, click "Close"

20. switch back to the Settings app
21. tap on "MDM Profile"
22. in the Install Profile sheet, tap "Install"
23. in the Install Profile popup, tap "Install"
24. in the Warning sheet, tap "Install"
25. in the Remote Management popup, tap "Trust"
26. in the Profile Installed sheet, tap "Done"

You can now close/quit Safari and Settings.

As management starts to set up the iPad, you will receive several
pop-up messages for "App Installation".  Click "Install" for all
of them.

Contact CIS to get the name to use for the new iPad, which
you can change in Settings under General, About.
