We haven't been able to figure out who did this, but they removed the tap coax that led into the building,
(which has since been re-run with new white coax) and replaced the directional coupler with a 180 degree
"barrel" coupler, to forward the video from Tama on to Hawkeye. This coupler isn't directional, and could
probably make some nasty ghosts if we tried to tap from it somehow. This needs to be removed and the original
directional coupler reinstalled.

Unfortunately, whoever did this needed to trim 3/4 inch or so of center conductor off the half-inch hardlines
to get it into the coupler, so we're going to have to cut and re-dress both hardline ends. It took some more
searching, but we did find the core tool and some spare ends so we should be able to get this restored soon.
