I don't have any experience with this radio yet, but it runs the much more energy-efficient NRF cpu, making
it good for use in solar-powered nodes. It's also very expandable, with a variety of sensors and accessories
to choose from.
The radio is assembled from a "Wisblock" base (RAK19007) with a "radio" core (RAK4630+RAK4631) added on.
Other accessories connect to any of the four expansion slots. (two on top, two on bottom)
I got mine in assembled kit form from Ali Express. It included an enclosure and wall mount, two decent 18650
batteries (with room for two more), and a 4w (6v) solar panel with glass front on the enclosure.
