It's an ESP-32 with bluetooth and onboard GPS. Comes with a stubby little LoRa whip. Includes two IPEX 1.0
connections, one for the LoRa whip and another for external GNSS (GPS) if you want to use an external antenna.
It had some other firmware on it (probably for use as a tracker) so it'l need flashing with Meshtastic firmware
when you get it.
It's surprising that it only costs another $4 or so to upgrade from a Heltec V3 to this one with a GPS, but
that's basically the only difference between the two. (it's also physically longer, so won't fit in a V3 case)
