This looks like the connector that CDE rotors are somewhat standardizing on. It's a 9 pin connector, where
only pins 1-8 are used. It's a HSG inline waterproof connector, AMP brand, sold by TE Connectivity.

MFJ made them for awhile, and are the easiest to find (while they last)

I've verified the color code as the standards for the AMP/MFJ round connector.
Black/White are heavier gauge than the other six wires.
