Nagoya NL-550 dual band:




I picked this up at a hamfest awhile ago, it had no markings on it and was some sort of short fiberglass base
UHF/VHF antenna. I didn't have a use for it at the time, but soon realized we needed a "talk-in" radio.
I attached this to a telescopic pole and it's been a very easy to use portable antenna with great coverage.

Later I looked around and discovered the model and maker, and got a spare since they were so cheap.
It's rated for 200w and 3.0/5.5 dB (VHF/UHF) dB gain, which isn't great but it's fine when it's high up
where line-of-sight is king.
