The third revision kept the vehicle and dashcam battery completely isolated. This prevented problems with the
truck battery, and did a good job keeping the dashcam battery charged, but it doesn't seem to be getting enough
solar power to keep up with the dashcam overnight in the winter.

The dashcam and supercap jump box are on the Load port for the solar controller, so if the dashcam battery gets
too low it should automatically disconnect the dashcam and jump box to prevent the dashcam battery from getting
deep-discharged. Also, as long as the dashcam is running, the jump box should be recharging or being kept at
full charge.
