Lock-manipulation has been a hobby of mine since I was very young, and I've been enjoying watching your videos
on youtube for some time now.  I decided to get your Covert Companion, and had some feedback for you:

- two of the expansion tools had very tiny little black rocks stuck in the locking groove in the middle of
  the tool.  I suppose those are polishing grit post-manufacture, but I was a bit surprised to have to dig out
  the pebbles before assembly

- my main kit came with no "one of the jigglers" at 7:39 and two identical copies of the first "wafer jiggler"
  at 8:47.  In one of your other videos (oT_oXm1nxWw) you refer to the missing one as a "single-sided jiggler)

- the two stacks weren't nearly as cooperative as yours were in the video, with the stacks sliding and falling
  apart while trying to rest them on the pen.  But then I discovered when trying to mesh them together that
  MOST of the picks on both sides were slightly bent.  I spent a good 20 minutes carefully bending them straight
  so they would mesh together. (they're not perfect but will do for now)  I was a bit surprised to see you would
  ship something like this in a bubble envelope rather than a box, and I guess the post office had its way with
  the package on route to my house. (at least I'm assuming they weren't bent when you packaged them?)  Maybe I
  am just being too demanding here and they'll get bent up in use anyway and I will have to deal with it?

- I dumpster-dived a Master Lock 719D cable lock awhile ago that has a stainless eyelet I'd like to use, and
  this was going to be my first pick.  But the pins are about 1mm from the top of that area, making the two pin
  lifter tools too large to fit in there without halfway depressing the pins.  I guess this is what that missing
  "one way jiggler is for, like in video oT_oXm1nxWw ?

- I received two tools I wasn't expecting, they look like 45-degree tensioners on one end and rakes on the 
  other end.  I wasn't expecting them and can't find these on your website.  Guessing they were just added in
  as a bonus?

Can you send me a single-sided jiggler to complete my companion?  Order #414367
