I thought I had the right breakout board for this part but it turns out the dual breakout I had was
SOT-23 on one side and SOP-10 on the other side, and this part is a MSOP-8, which is almost exactly
between those two. So I ended up carefully bending the pins and managing to solder down to the
slightly larger SOT-23 side. Took a few tries, the leads on that package work like solder wick.

I ended up using some hair-thin (solid core, no rosin) 0.35mm solder, a USB solderig pencil with
a super sharp point, and a whole lot of time looking through my AmScope microscope.
