USB mini resistor 1 and 2 amp:




Here's as basic as it gets. Two power resistors and a switch. (plus an LED and USB plug, on a circuit board)
Each resistor draws 1 amp at 5 volts, and you can switch in one or both resistors. They do get a bit warm if
you leave it plugged in for awhile.
