LD25 35w 4a UBS load tester LD25 35w 4a UBS load tester:

This compact little tester is pretty basic, but is good enough most of the time. It'll test up to 35 watts
though you'll probably want to keep it under 4 amps. There's a simple segmented display at the bottom to show
the set current, a knob to adjust the current load, and two TAC buttons to turn the load on/off and to change
settings within a very basic menu. Most of the time all I want to do is plug it into a power bank, dial in
the current I want it to draw, and turn it on.

It doesn't track watt-hours though, so I need to keep track of that. It also has USB-micro and USB-C ports on
the front you can plug into for load testing. The little fan on the heat sink turns on and off automatically
as needed. A fair deal for the price. ($30)
