STE180NE10:




I picked up several of these off eBay awhile back, gathering materials for a high power electronic load tester
I wanted to make. I can use them to gradually switch in large power resistors, or I can just use them to dump
power directly via the heat sink they're bolted to. In that role, they're rated to 360 watts at up to 180 amps,
at a max of 100 volts. They're often listed as just "E180NE10". (the "ST" prefix is the manufacturer, STI)
