2026.05.08 Evandale to LaPorte and back with Nick:


First ride of the year. Just got my bike back from Bike Tech In an effort to stop the slipping once and for
all I asked them to replace the rear 9-speed with a 7-speed. Brad instea replaced the rear coaster (under
warranty, $25 labor) so we'll see if the cheap fix works.

Drove to Meyers Lake near the Evansdale trail head to go to LaPorte and back. 27.7 miles, 3:16 moving time.
