I've made a proper "cow-tail" safety tether and am going to start using it to get used to more "formal" climbing
habits and requirements. It's made from a 12ft piece of static line, with large tri-lock carabiners at the
ends of the tails. I'd have preferred to use dynamic line, but this is my first cow-tail and I don't have any
spare 10mm dynamic line to cut up.
