EOC remains available but it's inconvenciencing them because they have to have a member there every time
red cross may be available next month, someone has to get in on the east side to unlock it, we need to look at what's changed
jan meeting at red cross is a possibility

getting our 501.c3 (non proffit) back
	probably a treasurer thing, but no one here knows how to go about it.
	Chris has vague ideas
	Scott was more familiar with it but his availability is very limited
	$30 every 2 yrs but there is IRS and fed govt paperwork
	nobody is interested in taking this on but we need to do it

bylaws need editing
	need to update the mission statement

next board meeting
	not interested in another meeting this December
	meetings right before club meetings is preferred
	president send out agenda beforehand

	pizza ranch is good but you really have to get there early or get rushed

	Gravy's isn't open in the evening but maybe they will make an exception
