It sounds like our setup location got changed around a few times before I got there, but we ended up setting
up at two of the shelters just West of the range. The shelters were open-sided with picnic benches, and both
had overhead lights and active power outlets. Parking was a matter of "drive off the muddy tracks and park".
We were able to pull up our vehicles right to the shelters and unload though before returning to the parking
area. (other places they don't want us driving on the grass, but here was okay)
